Hokkan Deltapack Industri and its branches are the biggest PP cups manufacturer in Indonesia with manufacturing centres in Jakarta, Medan, Riau, Palembang, Lampung and Surabaya. We also have several in-plant and wall to wall production centre at customer factories to deliver customized solutions according to the customer needs.

Detail posisi

Supervisor HRGA position requiring minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law and at least 3 years of experience in leadership or supervision in HR&GA, particularly in manufacturing companies.

Kewajiban

• Manage a team and understand HR systems
• Understand Labor Laws and Regulations
• Familiar with payroll systems and work systematically
• Coordinate and negotiate effectively
• Demonstrate honesty, good communication and analytical skills, discipline, hard work, attention to detail, ability to work individually or in a team, and work well under pressure
• Have good time management

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership or supervision in HR&GA, particularly in manufacturing companies
• Ability to manage a team and understand HR systems
• Familiarity with Labor Laws and Regulations
• Proficiency in payroll systems and systematic work
