The Call Back Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the handling of incoming callback reports and ensuring customer satisfaction with the support team's performance.
Kewajiban
• Receive callback reports and monitor
• Ensure incoming callbacks are handled properly and ensure customers are satisfied with the performance of the support team (on time, on handling)
• Finding solutions and solutions to technical problems in the callback call
• Responsible for callback calls to be completed proper
• Follow up to customer regarding outstanding AR
• CallBack distribution, contact the relevant technician to come to the project for problem solving / contact the Depot Supervisor / Zone Manager when the technician cannot be reached
• Report daily CallBack reports to the Operation Department Head etc.
• Can handle Callback Team
Kualifikasi
• Formal Education Minimum D3 & S1
• Excellent In MS Office
• Proper Communication in English & Bahasa
• Call Center & Service Knowledge to Customer
• Min 5 years experience
