Technical Support position in Jakarta requiring handling of problematic units, maintenance checks, repair work, and coordination with various teams.

Kewajiban

• Perform handling on problematic units/ callbacks
• To check the unit that often has problems/ callbacks
• To check the unit to be included in maintenance
• Perform repair work and replace spare parts when necessary
• Coordinating the work of the task force team and the callback center in their daily activities
• Coordinate with depot managers and zone managers in their daily activities

Kualifikasi

• Min. Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Mechanical
• At least 2 years of working experience (preferable in Elevator Industry)
• Required language(s): English
• Proficient is using Microsoft Office
• Required Skill(s): Basic dealer operation management, Advance communication skill, High Leadership skill
