PT In Fashion is seeking a Full-Time HRGA Manager to lead the company's HRGA team.
Kewajiban
• Lead and handle the HR & GA department in day-to-day operational and align with all the company's business strategies.
• Listen & respond to employees
• Manage the teams to run a daily HR task according to plans
• Responsible for handling recruitment.
• Develop & improve policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to assessment, and employee development to suit the organization's needs.
• Proactively update implementation policies that align with changes in employment laws
• Build the company’s current HR team and systems to match the growing pace of the company
• Communicate with upper management related to human resource management
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as HRGA Manager (Manufacture/Garment Factory)
• Experience in human resource activity including general HR Administration, Recruitment, payroll detail and Tax, and BPJS
• Well-knowledge of laws and regulations (e.g. UU No. 13 Tahun 2003, Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No. 01 Tahun 2017, Omnibus Law, and other relevant laws)
• Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation
• Preferably have HR Manager / Labor Norms Cadre certification
• Positive and open Learning Attitude
• Proactive and flexible mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Creative Problem-solving Skills
• High-level attention to details
• Strong leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to manage a team
• Fluent in English
• Candidates domiciled in the Bali area are preferable
