The General Support (GS) Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures related to office/factory assets/facilities.

Kewajiban

• Developing and implementing GS strategy and budget aligned with business strategy.
• Developing and monitoring GS policies and procedures to be implemented in all departments related to manage office/factory assets/facilities and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Developing policies/procedures to ensure that the working environment is tidy, safe, comfortable, well-managed, and conducive to business.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace, especially in factory.
• Manage the company's legalization/operational documents.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Experienced working in factory is a must.
• Minimum 7+ years of working experience in managerial level.
• Strong knowledge of management development, general affair systems, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), regulations, legal matters and industrial relationship.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
