The Brewer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production planning, brewing operations, staff coordination, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance.
Kewajiban
• Collaborate with the production team to develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) for each brew, taking into account equipment, raw materials, and personnel requirements.
• Create and maintain production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet demand while ensuring consistency in product quality.
• Oversee all aspects of the brewing process, from raw material handling to fermentation and packaging, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor brewing parameters, conduct quality checks, and report any deviations to the Head brewer promptly to maintain high-quality brews.
• Lead and supervise staff and monitor working hours, including production brewers, assistant production brewers, cellarmen, and daily workers.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure that staff members are skilled and knowledgeable in their respective roles.
Kualifikasi
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the brewery, promoting a culture of safety among all staff members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, implementing changes as required.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all brewery equipment is in excellent working condition.
• Communicate with maintenance and coordinate with maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
