Detail posisi

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system and networks, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, responding to service issues and requests, providing technical customer support, repairing and replacing equipment, being mobile, measuring service satisfaction levels, managing troubleshooting escalation process, assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting, providing guidance to IT Support Team, and maintaining deployment and versioning of application.

Kewajiban

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system and networks
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical customer support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Ready to be mobile from one place to another place
• Measure service satisfaction levels
• Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
• Assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting
• Providing guidance needed to IT Support Team
• Maintain deployment and versioning of application

Kualifikasi

• At least 1-year of experience as Support Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with database engines such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving, written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
