The QMS Manager is responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with certification standards.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for New Certification and Re-Certification that the company has and which are included in the company's planning
• Develop and implement a Food Safety Management System, Quality Management System, Organic System in accordance with standards set by the Certification Body
• Develop systems (Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms)
• Conduct internal audits of implemented systems
• Integrate all systems owned by the Company into one system that is effective, efficient and economical
• Ensure the system runs well to achieve system effectiveness and there are no complaints from third party auditors
• Accompany system auditors carried out by third parties
• Ensure that required repairs & improvements are completed on time
• Prepare and report system effectiveness results to superiors periodically
Kualifikasi
• Minimum S1 Food Technology/Food Science/Agricultural Technology
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position as QMS Manager
• Experience in setting up company systems, preferred
• Honest, Good Attitude, Initiative, Hard Worker, Work Fast
• Able to work individually and in a team
• Communicative and has a leadership spirit
• Mastering BRC, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, Organic, ISO 9001:2015
• Mastering Visio, Excel, Power Point
• Active English speaking
• Willing to go on regular business trips
• Can join immediately
