Detail posisi

Product Executive BU 2 position requires a candidate with a minimum bachelor degree and at least 3 years of experience in handling specific products. The role involves sales reporting, target achievement, coordination with managers, training programs, and product promotion.

Kewajiban

• Make a sales funnel report weekly
• Ensure the achievement of the sales targets set
• Proactively coordinate sales funnel areas with the District Manager and related Business Units
• Create training and coaching program for product and sales team
• Planning product promotions and controlling the use of costs for product promotion
• Control and Maintain selling price of the product together with the sales team
• Ensure and working together with sales team that the sales targets for responsible product that have been set can be achieved
• Assist Finance Team in AR billing follow up

Kualifikasi

• Minimum bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Laboratory or any major
• Having at least 3 years experiences in handling Terumo, One Bag, Abbott, Arkan product
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (esp.: Excel, Power Point)
• Good negotiation, presentation, sales ability, leadership & communication skill
• Precise, detail, and self-motivated
