Sales Manager (Personal Care Chemical)
Kewajiban
• Develops, recommends and implements marketing strategies consistent with corporate goals.
• Assesses market positions and recommends product needs and changes necessary to meet sales and marketing objectives consistent with Business Objectives of Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients RBU.
• Responsible for the establishment, appointment and development of a reliable and effective dealership network in Indonesia consistent with the Company overall business objectives.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing a professional relationship with principals, suppliers, dealers, customers and business associates through regular communications and visits.
• Directs the field sales force and distribution networks and assures appropriate long range development for the accomplishment of the business plans and objectives.
• Reviews and evaluates performance to sales and profit objectives by product and sales person to make changes and take required action.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemistry/Pharmacy or related field
• At least 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development of Personal Care
• At least 5 years of proven records of P&L accountability and a track record of sales budget achievement
• Good command in English both written or spoken
