Industrial Relation Supervisor position requires a Bachelor Degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field. Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and coaching skills are essential.

Kewajiban

• Participate in organizing employees' engagement activities.
• Handle employees' grievances & disciplinary matter.
• Support and advice department managers on HCO related issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Responsible to people management including but no limited to recruitments, people development and Administration.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and team effectively at all levels
• Coaching people across all areas in order to increase morale, accountability and clearer expectations
• Role model what is expected to support a more cohesive work and team environment
