Detail posisi

Building Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining various aspects of the building, including electrical systems, air conditioning, generators, water treatment, pumps, elevators, and building structures.

Kewajiban

• Create schedules for preventive maintenance and replacements for all electrical, mechanical, and structural components in the building and warehouse.
• Ensure proper functioning of lights and electrical systems throughout the building.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance related to electrical equipment, lighting panels, and building structures to maintain normal functionality.
• Handle complaints from tenants and customers regarding equipment malfunctions or abnormalities.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policies such as ISO, AEO, SOP, SLA, and Code of Ethics.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's (S1) degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience as a Building Technician, including knowledge of both strong and weak electrical currents, air conditioning systems, lifts, panels, generators, plumbing, civil engineering, waste water treatment, and understanding of building construction.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
