Business Process Unit Head position involves designing framework for company processes, assessing risks, overseeing business processes, and providing improvements.
Kewajiban
• Design framework for company processes and control activities according to company regulations.
• Assess risks of work processes within the established framework.
• Oversee and supervise work processes and business processes to support the established framework.
• Distribute and supervise assigned work processes through Business Process Staff.
• Review work process activities and evaluate related aspects to ensure compliance with the established framework.
• Provide improvements in company work processes based on review and evaluation of established work processes.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Analytical, logical, systematic thinking, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with COSO, COBIT & Business Process Framework.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 22000, TQM, Six Sigma.
• 4 years of experience working as a Business Process professional, preferably in agriculture or fresh food industry, national or multinational companies.
• Ability to analyze root causes of problems.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage timelines effectively.
