Staff- Industrial Engineering position responsible for handling a 3 line with 19 operators, supporting production targets through problem solving, developing training plans, and possessing specific skills in Lean Manufacturing and analytical thinking.

Kewajiban

• Handle 3 line with 19 operators.
• Support production to achieve the target by problem solving related to industrial engineering (Time study, line balancing, etc).
• Develop and make training plan for operator.

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering & Science.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Lean Manufacturing, cycle time, analytical thinking.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
