Area Operation Supervisor (AOS) is responsible for coordinating and directing work systems in PGA, logistics, and FA, as well as overseeing financial operations and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Kewajiban

• Coordinate and direct work systems in PGA, logistics, and FA
• Prepare annual budget worksheets for Sub Branch
• Control operational finances of Sub Branch to be efficient and effective according to the established budget
• Monitor all receipts and expenditures of money and merchandise in Sub Branch to prevent deviations
• Supervise receivables and merchandise in Sub Branch
• Ensure timely delivery of goods
• Ensure all divisions of Sub Branch have sufficient manpower
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry
• Enter new customers according to complete authorized documents
• Reconcile temporary accounts (PCIT, CFC, PDC, CIT, AR Claim to Principal)
• Perform monthly cycle counts and stock opname

Kualifikasi

• Maximum age of 35 years
• Minimum education of S1 in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG industry and similar position
• Able to coordinate the operational flow of branch office (Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and HRD)
• High loyalty
• Must have a Covid-19 vaccination certificate
• Willing to be placed in the Central Java area
