QA Compliance Staff position at PT. Medifarma Laboratories
Kewajiban
• Manage quality deviation report and change control documentation
• Document and track CAPA of product complaint using Excel Tracking System and SAP System
• Asisst QA Compliance Spv in managing CAPA document related to QA Compliance, e.g. CAPA of Quality Risk Assessment and CAPA of Audit
• Having commitment to support quality and halal policy in PT. Medifarma Laboratories
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Registered Apothecary
• Has received training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Computer Literate (Ms Office, Power Point)
• Have a good command in English
