Detail posisi

The Access & Community Relation (Site Acquisition/Sitac) position in Palembang involves collaborating with PMO, coordinating with construction teams, building partnerships, evaluating proposals, organizing presentations, proposing projects, and coordinating planning and division for site surveys.

Kewajiban

• Collaborate with PMO to ensure the implementation process in an area according to the design & agreement with the regional party
• Coordinate with the PMO-Construction team in the implementation process according to targets and standardized quality.
• Build & maintain partnerships with area owners
• Evaluating proposals, following up on meetings and agreements with relevant partners
• Organize presentations to potential partners to propose placements in the area
• Propose brief project approval to management
• Coordinate PMO planning and division for site surveys, technical meetings, timelines, cable and BOQ design and deployment within the area
• Organizing network expansion plans and collaborations with property owners, development partners, and community leaders

Kualifikasi

• Minimum D3 of Public Relation, Law, Business, Management, Marketing, or equivalent
• Have experience in same position or same industry is preferable
• Have knowledge in telecommunication industry, building relation, community relation, or government relation
• Have experience in building and land acquisition is an advantage
• Good in communication skill, oral and written
• Good in negotiation and interpersonal skills
• High integrity and hard worker
