Engineering Manager position at Metropolitan Mall Cileungsi.

Kewajiban

• Lead and ensure that all inhouse and outsourching under him carry out their work well.
• Develop short- and long-term work plans.
• Ensure cost effectiveness and energy efficiency.
• Performs Condition Assessments (either personally or with the assistance of consultants) to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.
• Fostering good relationships with tenants.
• Develop and implement mall maintenance work procedures.

Kualifikasi

• Last education is Bachelor's degree with a major in Electrical Engineering preferred/ Mechanical or equivalent.
• Age between 30 - 45 years old.
• Having a BNSP building management certificate is preferred and other related certificates.
• Have experiences at the same field (shopping mall) is a must.
• Minimums have 2 years experiences as Chief Engineering (shopping mall).
