Kewajiban

• Mengelola HR Service Corporate
• Mengelola Rekrutmen, Seleksi & Training
• Mengembangkan hubungan industrial & K3
• Memastikan Pemenuhan Peraturan Perundangan khususnya peraturan ketenagakerjaan
• Mengembangkan Human Resources Information System

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan S1 Hukum/Psikologi dan lebih disukai S2
• Memiliki pengalaman di HRD Property Developer minimal 5 tahun
• Memahami Hukum Ketenagakerjaan
• Dapat melakukan "behaviour based interview"
• Memahami peraturan perpajakan khususnya PPh21
