Detail posisi

Regional Head position responsible for supporting sales team development, coordinating with managers, tracking sales activities, and executing sales strategy.

Kewajiban

• Support the learning and development of the sales team
• Coordinate with Area Manager to generate and meet with prospective leads
• Track and report all sales activities
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Kualifikasi

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree
• Max. 38 years old
• At least 5 years of working experince in Retail Industry (Preferred Gadget/Technology/Lifestyle/Beauty)
• Experience managing sales teams
• Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
