Detail posisi

The SEA BU Procurement Material Lead and Indonesia Procurement Lead will be responsible for driving successful procurement strategy implementation for Indonesia and Thailand.

Kewajiban

• Work closely with internal stakeholders from various departments to understand business needs and priorities
• Lead the local procurement team in Indonesia and Thailand
• Identify opportunities and mitigate risks of material supply to ensure supply continuity
• Design, deploy, and maintain best in class procurement operation processes and standards/tools
• Participate in procurement strategies development by providing supplier’s performance feedback
• Own new product development execution, productivity implementation, and supply chain optimization for RPM

• Proven track record of experience in procurement
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• First-class customer service orientation
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deal well with ambiguity
