The Company has two operating subsidiaries, namely Muliaglass Float, Muliaglass Container, Muliaglass safety and Muliakeramik Indahraya. Muliaglass produces float glass, glass container, glass block, and safety glass. Our float glass products are exported to more than 50 countries. Glass block and safety glass products are also marketed overseas. On the contrary, glass container products are predominantly sold in the domestic market, catering to the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. Muliakeramik Indahraya produces both floor and wall ceramic tile.

Analyzing organizational design, evaluating organizational change process, responsible for performance management, monitoring data, analyzing research processes, and qualifications for Organization Development Officer position.

Kewajiban

• Analyzing organizational design including leveling system, career path & technical competence in accordance with issues and organizational goals to improve company effectiveness in achieving goals
• Evaluate organizational change process according to the agreed design to ensure the organizational change is implemented in accordance with the agreed design
• Responsible for Performance Management, KPI & Action Plan Monitoring
• Monitor all data in the organization development department to ensure that each data is accurate and can be used in the analysis process
• Analysis of internal and external research processes in relation to OD management development efforts in order to continue to create processes that are in line with business needs

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree (any major)
• Min. 2 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), handling job analysis, workload analysis, performance management, and competency development
• Proficient computer skills, Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Excel and Visio)
• Good analytical thinking, detail and data oriented person, persistent, independent, team work oriented
• Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to adapt in new environment, and various person in the related workplace
