The Sales Manager (Skincare) at PT Neoasia Aesthetic Indonesia will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the skincare product line. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will involve managing a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with key clients in the skincare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for skincare products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Kewajiban
• Promote and sell our range of skincare products to medical professionals.
• Grow and expand the market reach for the new range of skincare products.
• Manage and lead a team of Product Specialists to achieve their sales objectives.
• Work with marketing team to achieve a synergy of marketing plans with sales efforts.
• Support the implementation of events such as product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations, etc.
• Develop and establish strong working relationships with our customers and business partners.

• Direct medical sales experience selling skincare products to doctors.
