PT. Nipsea Paint and Chemicals (HO - Jakarta) are looking for 2 persons Assistant Manager R&D for Industrial Paint and Decorative Paint.

Kewajiban

• Controlling work routine of the Research and Development team.
• Provide reports to the Research and Development Manager either daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Control and analyze technological developments to create new products with good quality and efficient prices according to market demand.
• Develop existing products with renewable technology or alternative materials.
• Looking for alternative materials related to Cost Reduction.

Kualifikasi

• S1 – Chemical Engineering or Analytical Chemistry.
• Have a good experience min. 3 years in the same field.
• Proficient in English both speaking, listening, and reading.
• Can understand and adapt quickly to company requests.
• Able to analyze technological developments according to market demand.
