PT Pamitra Jaya Kontruksi is a rapidly growing national EPC company in need of a Supervisor General Affair with the following qualifications.

Kewajiban

• Coordinate, plan, supervise and monitor, as well as implement all General Affair services activities in the company smoothly according to applicable procedures.
• Analyze the needs of facilities and infrastructure and periodically forecast those needs.
• Prepare regular General Affair activity reports.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum education S1 in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a GA Supervisor.
• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Understand and able to carry out administrative processes within the scope of General Affair, as well as manage facilities, assets, inventory, and company infrastructure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
