HRD Staff position requiring a Bachelor's degree in psychology/law and at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing.

• Experience in the Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Compensation Process
• Good understanding in psychological test tools
• Having knowledge in employment regulations
• Good integrity and good communication skills
• Able to work as a team or individually
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in psychology/law
• Min. 2 years' experience in the same position in manufacturing
• TOIEC min 700, Japanese Min N4
• Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
