Management Trainee (HR Recruitment) position involves full responsibility in the human resources fulfillment process, from recruitment to orientation for new employees.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for the entire human resources fulfillment process according to deadlines and qualifications required.
• Conduct recruitment selection process (Creating Job Ads, sorting candidates, screening applicant resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, conducting psychological tests, technical tests, background checks).
• Ability to organize employee personal data files and maintain a candidate database.
• Handle orientation programs for new employees.
• Persuasive towards all candidates to attract the best candidates.
• Prepare work reports.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment field, open to Freshgraduates.
• Proficient in test administration and scoring, as well as Psychology test tools.
• Mastery of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Communicative, friendly, integrity, awareness and commitment to work, high willingness to adapt and learn, neat and quick to adapt.
• Proficient in computer operation (Ms. Office), Proficient in Graphic Design applications (such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) preferred.
• Positive attitude, high work spirit.
• Placement: Gandaria, South Jakarta.
