Detail posisi

The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for analyzing data, planning product ranges, forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing designated product areas.

Kewajiban

• Analyzing data to identify and solve issues for the merchandising team
• Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans
• Forecasting profits and sales, and optimizing sales volume and profitability
• Controlling stock levels based on forecasts
• Analyzing bestsellers to ensure they reach their full potential
• Identifying production and supply difficulties and addressing problems or delays

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree/S1 in Industrial Engineering or Mathematics
• Proven experience in PPIC, planning, business analysis, data analysis, inventory analysis, or merchandising (2-3 years)
• Strong Data Analytics and Proficiency in Ms. Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Preferably experience in Retail F&B/FMCG
