Kewajiban
• Conduct pest control supervision according to the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) outlined by the company or under the instructions of superiors for the company's interests.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Handle customer complaints well, together with the service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, or branch manager.
• Respond to customer complaints within 2 hours of receipt and take corrective action within 24 hours of the agreed promise.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum graduate of D3/SMA/SMK/MAN or equivalent.
• Have high loyalty and good communication skills.
• Service oriented.
• Willing to work with high mobility.
• Preferably have experience in service companies.
