The Service Supervisor Hygiene at Rentokil Initial will be responsible for supervising and managing service technicians, maintaining customer areas, coordinating with other supervisors, supporting technician performance, achieving service KPIs, ensuring service quality, and providing customer reports.

Kewajiban

• Supervise and manage our service technician
• Maintain area of customers
• Coordinate with Service Supervisor
• Support performance service technician
• Achieve KPI Service that has been set
• Ensuring service quality according to predetermined standards
• Make a report for customer about their service

Kualifikasi

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Biology, Environmental Health, Public Health, Entomology, or equivalent
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• At least have Dinkes Certificate for Service Technician
• Have good knowledge about pest control/hygiene
• Able to mobile and having a driving license
