Legal Staff position requiring providing legal services, handling agreements, and supporting HR in Industrial Relations.

Kewajiban

• Prepare and provide legal opinion, legal advisory, and interpretation services to management and employees to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review agreements and other legal document
• Handle and administer the company’s license and permit
• Support the Human Resource Department in Industrial Relations aspects

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in law with reputable university and min. GPA is 3.00
• Minimum 2 years as a legal staff in the pharmaceutical industry/consumer health care industry/FMCG, especially handling OSS
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, developing & maintaining relationships
