Detail posisi

Assistant Manager Operational position requires a minimum of Bachelor's degree, ability to work under pressure, willingness to work overtime if needed, and leadership skills.

Kewajiban

• Supervising the pickup and delivery process to ensure compliance with SOP and not exceeding SLA targets
• Monitoring the amount of funds used to handle delivery and pickup
• Supervising the mapping and division of areas by couriers and drivers
• Ensuring the needs of courier and driver human resources
• Coordinating with external parties regarding pickup and delivery issues
• Providing education to staff regarding pickup and delivery procedures
• Evaluating the performance of subordinates
• Understanding the first mile - middle mile & last mile processes
• Experienced in creating daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Direct report to branch head

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Familiar with working under pressure
• Willing to work overtime if needed
• Placement in North Sumatra Province
• Have experience in this position for 1-3 years
• Residing in North Sumatra is an added value
• Have leadership skills
• Familiar with using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and using if, pivot, vlookup, hlookup formulas
