Detail posisi

The Product Development - Personal Care position involves developing new products for personal care and home care, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth.

Kewajiban

• Able to develop New Product, understand well about Formula for personal care / home care
• Driving the creation of new products based on research, competitive analysis, understanding of the market.
• Develop strategies and roadmap products to drive business in existing and new markets
• Analyze market and industry product trends and conditions.
• Analyze feasibility, cost, and return on investment for product ideas.
• Helping increase product sales revenue.

Kualifikasi

• Candidate possess at least Bachelor Degree in Chemist/Pharmacist
• Proven working experience in Product Development in the raw material Personal Care as R&D / Product Development / Business Development
• Good in English both written and oral
• Age is not above 40 years old.
• Having good presentation skills.
