The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
Kewajiban
• Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy & promote lean project in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders.
• Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events.
• New factory layout design, clean room design and provide technical support for company informatization, and automation.
• Lead process engineering support of the scale-up of new product(s) and in the improvement of existing product(s);
• Ensure the root cause analysis on customer complaints. Work with team to develop and implement corrective, action plan and implementation in collaboration with QA, MFG & ME Team.
• Driving the Process inspection, POKA YOKE (Mistake Proofing) improvement, process and fixture design and optimize.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering or above.
• Good in English communication is a must.
• Experience in successful Lean Project Execution, solid IE improvement techniques and practical experience in capacity assessment.
• Holding Six Sigma Black Belt certification, proficiency in TPM and Project Management.
• Experience with end-to-end process improvement, process optimization and business management.
