Kewajiban

• Generating partnerships between clients, including upselling and cross-selling
• Developing positive relationships with clients (Medium - Large Businesses)
• Acting as a point of contact and handling individual customer needs
• Managing projects in client relationships, working to achieve client goals while meeting company objectives
• Responsible for maintaining current client satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service every day
• Resolving conflicts and providing timely solutions to customers

Kualifikasi

• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Minimum DIII Business/Related Field Education
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales. Preferably in the Packaging industry
• Used to working in a team
• Target-oriented
