The Research and Development Supervisor (Packaging) will be responsible for handling packaging development, reporting, evaluation, trial and creation of new products, and process flow analysis.

Kewajiban

• Handle packaging development.
• Reporting daily & monthly report as requested for achieving company objective.
• Evaluation report & present quarterly brand position and action plan for the next for food service products.
• Trial & create new product
• Perform process flow analysis to get an efficient and effective production process

Kualifikasi

• Graduated from Bachelor's Degree, Food Technology from reputable university, minimum GPA: 3.00.
• Having working experience as Research and Development Supervisor (Packaging) at least for 2 years.
• Computer literacy: microsoft office (excell, power point, word).
• Detail & systematic person, analytical thinking, task oriented, communicative, fast learner & adaptable.
• Proficient in English both spoken & written.
