The HSE Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing the HSE system and strategy.

Kewajiban

• Develop HSE system and strategy.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the SHE Program.
• Ensure the company implements the SHE System and OHS program effectively.
• Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support SHE Management.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in all Majors.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as HSE Supervisor (Mining / Manufacturing / Oil & Gas).
• Good command in English (oral and written).
• Hold certificates of AK3U, ISO 45001/14001 Auditor, Fire Fighting, and First Aid.
• Ability to perform audits, write and submit reports (online submit related to HSE/waste management).
