Detail posisi

Customer Care position requiring minimum undergraduate degree and 2 years of experience in the field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and English language skills.

Kewajiban

• Introducing PT products. Surya Indo Plastic and provides services to customers, both existing and potential customers.
• Answer telephone calls and/or emails from customers
• Help resolve customer problems/complaints
• Establish good communication with customers
• Prepare documents related to customer complaints
• Identify and provide solutions to customer complaints
• Communicate customer complaints well and clearly to the relevant department

Kualifikasi

• Minimum undergraduate degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
• Can operate Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to speak English both verbally and in writing
• Ability to communicate well and effectively
