Seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as the Human Capital Operation and People Development Manager.
Kewajiban
• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to payroll, HRIS management, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the HRGA Manager to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive initiatives to nurture a positive organizational culture that promotes employee development, diversity, and inclusion.
• Lead the design and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for strategic interventions.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in HR operations management, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
