Construction Operation Coordinator position involves managing manpower construction, ensuring quality of work, and communicating with internal and external parties.
Kewajiban
• Sourcing manpower construction
• Managing the quality of manpower work
• Communicating with internal & external parties
• Preparing work schedules for laborers
• Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work
• Reporting on progress and challenges
• Finding, employing, and managing manpower construction
• Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work
Kualifikasi
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, and engineering
• 2-5 year’s experience in construction required
• Have strong communication skills
• Experience managing manpower >20 people
• Working knowledge of administration
• Willing to be placed in Purwokerto, Central Java
• Must be willing to periodically visit to Jakarta/HQ, and visit the site to evaluate team performance
• Have experience in construction of Solar Power Plant is point plus
