The Senior Cook is responsible for food production, quality control, and kitchen maintenance.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for the food production process in the kitchen
• Prepare food ingredients for the cooking process with quality and quantity according to demand
• Check the quality and presentation of food according to standards
• Responsible for storing food ingredients according to hygiene & HACCP standards
• Responsible for maintaining the kitchen area and cooking equipment
Kualifikasi
• Minimum education: SMK/Diploma/S1 majoring in Catering Services/Hospitality
• Minimum 3 years Experience in F&B Company as Senior Cook
• Have the ability to cook Indonesian / Western / Asian / Middle Eastern dishes
• Have an understanding of Food Safety, Food Preparation and Health & Safety - Management
• Have good communication
• Lived in Bali and Ready to work soon
