Supply executive (supply vendor management) position involves acquiring and managing transportation vendors.

Kewajiban

• Acquiring and fulfilling vendors through canvassing and screening according to company regulations.
• Requesting price lists from vendors and negotiating when necessary.
• Collaborating with legal consultants to prepare cooperation agreements (PKS) and work orders (SPK) with vendors.
• Conducting onboarding and background checks on new vendors.
• Registering vendors in the TMS system.
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, such as visiting vendor offices when necessary.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year experience in acquisition & management of transportation vendors.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
