Kewajiban
• Process and manage the payroll for daily workers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding payroll processing.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Handle employee insurance claim reimbursements efficiently and accurately.
• Verify and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations and processes.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
