The Jr. Sales Controller will be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting, monitoring performance, pricing strategy, sales reporting, cross-functional collaboration, customer relationship management, and continuous improvement.
Kewajiban
• Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, including trends, market conditions, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and company objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets, identifying areas of concern and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the market.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including KPIs, sales trends, and market share analysis, to provide insights to management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in sales analysis, sales controlling, or a similar role, preferably within the feedmill industry or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
