Detail posisi

Lab Supervisor position requiring Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years of experience, with strong knowledge in feed production process, raw materials, and quality standards.

Kewajiban

• Tools and equipment planning which needed for lab examination
• Planning and develop examination methodology (continuous improvement)
• Planning and development for manpower
• Create and develop reporting
• Planning and develop quality standard for raw material and finished good and always in line with world standard and company needed
• Produce report for all lab examination (NIR, wet chemical, raw material density, etc.)
• Working together with QC to do regular check for raw material and finished good in warehouse and share the information to production, warehouse, purchase, and PPIC
• Ensure work environment always clean
• Execute and monitor all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE)
• Work safely according to work procedures
• Take corrective action when encountering unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and report them to superiors.
• Ensure members under his/her supervision are healthy and safe during work.
• Ensure that the work environment is clean, tidy, safe, and free from hazards.
• Ensure emergency response equipment is available and ready for use

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree at Chemical analyst/ Chemical Saints/ Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology
• Min experience 2 years as lab supervisor
• Solid understanding of the feed production process
• Strong knowledge in Raw Material & Finished Product
• Strong knowledge in Quality of Raw Material
• Good Manufacture Practices (GMP)
• Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Understand and implement ISO 17025, ISO 22000 & HACCP
• Familiar with feed industry, livestock, and fisheries
• Willing to work in Mojokerto & Pasuruan, East Java
