The Rewards & HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs.
Kewajiban
• Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and health insurance plans.
• Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
• Manage the enrollment, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HRIS-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing compensation and benefits programs.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in rewards, compensation and benefits.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits programs, and HRIS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of regulations related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
