Corporate Legal Associate position involves legal activities related to legal documents such as cooperation agreements, company business unit articles of association, permits, etc.

Kewajiban

• Monitor the completeness of legal documents such as cooperation agreements, company business unit articles of association, permits, contracts, etc. • Create and review legal drafting activities, legal reviews, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) registrations for submissions originating from Brand Management Corporate Marketing for each business unit function to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. • Conduct inspections of the completeness of legal documents for business units under their responsibility to ensure the completeness of legal documents held. • Implement and manage education programs for users to increase understanding of legal matters in the Non-Legal Division.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law. • At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Analyst in a Corporate/holding company/Law Firm. • Detail-oriented, with integrity, and possess good analytical and written comprehension skills.
