The Export Import Supervisor is responsible for handling various import and export tasks, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Kewajiban

• Handle Modul BC.20 & BC30
• Import Tax Billing
• SPPB
• SPJM
• NPBL
• DNP
• Notul
• Revise PIB
• Handling BCF1.5
• Re-Export
• NPE
• NOTUL
• Preparing and creating shipping doc to collect DO
• Preparing schedule daily plan to import operation team
• Surat Kuasa collect deposit container
• Coordination with trucking at port
• Monitoring and controlling import shipping schedule

Kualifikasi

• Max 30 years old
• S1 from a leading university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 5 years experiences in In Export/Import
• MUST has PPJK Certified (Ministry of Finance)
• Able to determine HS Code
• Good knowledge in Export/Import Regulation
• Good command in English
• Domicile around BSD or Tangerang Selatan is mandatory
• Self-motivated, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
