Detail posisi

The Tax Dispute Resolution position involves managing tax dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance with tax regulations and align with the company's overall strategy.

Kewajiban

• Handle Tax disputes (Tax audit, tax objection, tax appeal, judicial review/PK)
• Handle the preparation and submission of Land and Building Tax for fiber optic cable before deadline, including payable amount to be paid to the State Treasury
• Prepare tax ruling, response letter to tax authorities regarding tax confirmation, tax investigation
• Manage the preparation and reconciliation of all accounts related to revenue and expense and reconcile against tax reporting
• Handle preparation of Judicial Review and/or Memorial Contra at The Supreme Court Level

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor Degree in Financial Management or Tax
• Having 3-5 years in relevant experience
• Having technical skills in business & market savvy, analytics & digital mindset
• Having competence in Strategic Accountability, Customer Centric, Result Driven, Coalition Building, Agile & People First would be advantage
