Account Management Assistant Manager (English Speaker)

Kewajiban

• Plan, develop and execute a business plan to protect and grow existing customer revenue.
• Develop the existing customer potential in line with the strategic plan and increase customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships and establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer.
• Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements.
• Propose quotation based on cost model provided.
• Coordinate with all Customer, been the channel and contact person, earn customer satisfaction.
• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
• Calculate and analysis the profitability based on the cost provided.
• Presenting and conducting business negotiations
• Coordinate with operational teams where required to address customer requirements.
• Undertake account analysis to identify trends in customer activity, track sales stages and identify opportunities.
• Deal with and report emergency issues related to management.
